Join Breathe New Hampshire for a free program open to individuals living with COPD and their caregivers. Learn new information, share ideas and find support. 

 

Join Breathe NH and Concord Hospital this spring COPD Connect program, an educational program designed to support people living with COPD and their caregivers.

Topics include:

            *Practical energy conservation strategies

    *Common COPD questions answered by a physician

        *How weather and seasonal changes affect COPD

             *An introduction to Pulmonary Rehabilitation

 

The program concludes with an overview and your of the pulmonary rehab gym, plus light refreshments and time to connect with others. 

Registration opens late February!
