The New Hampshire COPD Plan is a statewide roadmap designed to increase awareness, improve prevention and diagnosis, expand access to treatment and support, and strengthen collaboration among organizations working to improve the lives of people affected by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
COPD is a serious and often underrecognized lung disease that affects thousands of New Hampshire residents. Addressing COPD requires collaboration among healthcare providers, public health professionals, community organizations, people living with COPD, caregivers, and other partners.
Through coordinated efforts, the NH COPD Plan works to improve COPD awareness, strengthen care, and ensure individuals and families have access to the resources they need.
