Board of Directors:  Serve on the Board of Directors using your expertise to plan the activities of this organization.

Finance Committee:  Breathe NH is expanding its Finance Committee and is seeking CPA's to join. Meeting an average of six times per year, the committee is responsible for developing and recommending policies that relate to the agency's financial and investment matters.  Working with the President & CEO, the committee monitors and reviews monthly financial and investment performance, and reports results to the Board of Directors.  In addition, the committee recommends auditors for the corporation and reviews the annual audit with the independent auditors.

Fairways for Airways Golf Classic Committee:  Serve on the Fairways for Airways Golf Classic committee, meeting approximately 3 times from February through September at the Breathe NH office (lunch provided at meetings).  Committee work includes assistance with the logistics of the event and helping to secure event sponsorships and teams, as well as raffle and auction prizes.
