Q.  What is the coupon offer for Story Land?

A.  The 2018 Story Land coupon offers one free admission with the purchase of one admission. Coupon is not valid with Black Friday offers and must be attached in Fun Pass book when presented.  


Q.  Can I use the coupons more than once or for more than one child?

A.  No. There is one coupon to each attraction in the book. Each coupon will be removed at the attraction and can only be used once. You will need one coupon book for each child qualifying for the discounts. In most cases, there must be one paying adult (adult admission) for each discounted child admission. However, discounts do vary. Please click here for details of individual coupon offers.

Q.  If I have two children 12 and under, do I need to buy two Fun Pass books or will one coupon apply to both children?

A.  Yes. For two children, you must purchase two Fun Pass books in order to get the discount on both children. In most cases, there must be one paying adult (adult admission) for each discounted child admission.  However, discounts do vary. Please click here for details of individual coupon offers.


Q.  How do I use the Fun Pass coupons? Can I remove them from the book?

A.  In order to receive the discounts, it is important that you do not remove individual coupons before use. Coupons must be presented at the attraction still attached to the book. When using your Fun Pass, take the entire book with you on each outing. Each coupon will be removed at the attraction and can only be used once.


Q.  Can the coupons be emailed or faxed to me or can I download and print individual coupons instead of having the book mailed to me?

 A.  No. We cannot send coupons electronically. Fun Pass coupons must be presented at each attraction with the coupon still attached inside the book.


Q.  When do the Fun Pass coupons expire?

A.  The Fun Pass is good for a calendar year (Jan 1-Dec 31). The coupon book expires after December 31. Some attractions have specific expiration dates.  


Q.  Are there any restrictions on the coupons?

A.  The Fun Pass discounts vary by attraction.  Please click here for details of individual coupon offers.


Q.  How long does it take to get a Fun Pass? Can I pay extra to receive it sooner?

A.  Orders are processed within one to two business days of receiving the order.   The books are mailed first class from Manchester NH and delivery times can vary.   Allow up to 10 days for first class delivery. If you need your Fun Pass by a specific date, we strongly recommend upgrading to Priority Mail. 

To upgrade to Priority Mail, (one to three business days for delivery) select Priority Mail during the online ordering process.  

For delivery outside of the US, please call our office, as additional postal fees apply.

Please note: We have no control over the Postal Service and therefore cannot guarantee delivery times, particularly around holidays. 


Q.  What if I do not receive my Fun Pass in time for my vacation?

A.  Please review the mail delivery guidelines above. We do not process refunds.


Q.  Can you mail the Fun Pass outside the United States?

A.  Please phone our office at (603) 669-2411 or email info@breathenh.org  if you are placing an order for delivery outside the United States. Additional postage fees and customs paperwork are required for international mail to Canada and outside the U.S. Shipping and handling for online orders applies for mailing within the U.S. only.


Q. Is there anywhere I can purchase a Fun Pass in person?

A.  Yes. Fun Pass books can be purchased at Breathe New Hampshire's office during office hours. We do not sell the Fun Pass at any retail outlets. Please see the answer below for directions and office hours.


Q.  Where is your office located and when are you open?

A.  Breathe New Hampshire is located at 145 Hollis Street, Unit C in Manchester, NH 03101. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please note: The office closes at 1:30 p.m. on Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.  The office may be closed on holidays or due to inclement weather.


Q.  What forms of payment do you accept when purchasing at your office?

A.  You may pay with a check, credit card, or cash (the exact amount is appreciated as we cannot make change). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  


Q.  Can I order a Fun Pass over the phone?

A.  Ordering online is simple, secure and convenient, but  you may also order over the phone during office hours by calling (603) 669-2411 or (800) 835-8647 . After office hours, please send us an email at info@breathenh.org or leave us a voicemail message and we will get back to you when the office opens.


Q.  Do you discount the price of the Fun Pass if I buy the book later in the year?

A.  No. The summer attractions offer some of the greatest savings and the Fun Pass offers plenty of value the entire year. Please keep in mind that Breathe New Hampshire is a nonprofit organization and  the Fun Pass is one of our biggest fundraisers. When you purchase a Fun Pass, you are supporting Breathe New Hampshire's mission to promote lung health.  


Q.  Do you offer quantity discounts?  

A.  Yes. Quantity discounts are offered with the minimum purchase of 15 or more books. You can order over the phone by calling our office at (603) 669-2411 or (800) 835-8647 during office hours. After office hours, please send us an email at info@breathenh.org or leave us a voicemail message and we will get back to you when the office opens.
