COMMONLY ASKED FUN PASS QUESTIONS

Q.   Are there any restrictions on the coupons?

Q.  If I have two children who are 12 and under do I need to buy two Fun Pass books or will one coupon apply to both children?

A.   You must purchase two Fun Pass books in order to get the discount on both children. There also needs to be one paying adult (adult admission) for each child.

 

Q.   Is the Fun Pass only good for this year? 

A.   Yes, the Fun Pass is good for a calendar year (Jan 1-Dec 31).

 

Q.  I just found out about the Fun Pass book.  Can the coupons be e-mailed or faxed to me so I can print them and use them right away instead of having the book mailed to me?

 A.  No, we cannot send the coupons electronically.  The Fun Pass is a coupon book and the book must be presented at each attraction with the coupon still attached inside the book.

 

Q.   I am having difficulty with ordering on-line. Is there another way to order a Fun Pass?

A.   Ordering on-line is usually simple and convenient, but sometimes glitches do happen. You can order by phone, by calling our office at (603)669-2411 or 1-800-835-8647. See the question below for office hours.

 

Q.  What are your office hours?

A. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Please note that from Memorial Day through Labor Day the office closes at 1:30 pm on Fridays.

Q.  Is there anyplace where I can purchase a Fun Pass in person?

A.  Fun Pass books can be purchased at our office in Bedford, NH during office hours. Please see the previous Q & A for office hours. Our office is not open on Saturday or Sunday and we do not sell the Fun Pass at any retail outlets. You can get directions here. 

 

Q.  How long does it take to get a Fun Pass? Can I pay extra to receive it sooner?

A.  Books are mailed out within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. The books are mailed first class so unless it’s around the holidays, you should receive your book (s) in a timely manner. For an additional cost we could upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail or Express Overnight delivery. You need to call our office for details on price and order by phone.

 

Q.   Can you mail the Fun Pass outside the United States?

A.  We do not have online ordering set up for international mail at this time.  Postage fees vary and additional  paperwork may be required.  Please phone our office if you are placing an order for delivery outside of the U.S.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.. to 4:30 p.m. eastern standard time.  Please note that from Memorial Day through Labor Day, the office closes at 1:30 p.m. on Fridays.

 

Q. How can I pay for the Fun Pass in your office? Do you accept credit cards at your office?

A. You may pay by cash, check or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  If you prefer to pay by cash, we would appreciate the exact amount, as we cannot make change in the office.

 

Q. I would like to sell the Fun Pass as a fundraiser.  How do I get started?
